Book Review

My good friend lend me these books called the Butterfly Box series, and I absolutely love them!! Here are is synopsis for each of the three books in the series!


A MODEST PROPOSAL

All my life I had dreamed of changing the ordinary girl's world of fashion by designing modest formal gowns—ones that you'd actually want to wear. With my super-hero stitching I would save you mothers and daughters crying in dressing rooms over yet another "the straps are just too small" prom dress. Don't worry, I even thought of a catchy tagline for my brand: "Modest Is Hottest." I told you I was good! So I moved to New York and am finally living that dream . . . well, almost. Right now I'm flying back to Utah for our Butterfly Girls reunion. And since it is the Mormon Mecca, I might find myself a modest proposal. Utah engagements can take mere weeks. Never mind, I'm not that desperate. Really. But maybe the girls can help. We've been best friends since high school. We Butterfly Girls are not the typical Pink Ladies, although we've definitely had our share of drama. We'll laugh and cry over memories, from pageant glory to tragic endings, but the ones stored inside our butterfly box will surprise you most. We only open it when we're all together, and our lives never seem the same after.

THE PERFECT FIT

Andi is glad to be taking the Butterfly Box with her to Hawaii, where she plans to spend a few weeks participating in a reality dating show. To her surprise, the eligible bachelor, Michael Makura, soon singles her out for attention. However, a series of unusual events disrupts the pair's fledgling romance, and Andi starts over in New York. I love this series!! Shannon Hale will take you til a whole new world of amazingness! I highly recomend this series and all of her other books Book of a Thousand Days and Princess Academy.

Book Review

GOOSE CHASE
I just discovered this new book called Goose Chase by Patrice Kindl. Here is the synopsis:

It starts when Alexandria, a poor, plain goose girl, offers her own bread and water to a hungry old woman-who just happens to be a witch in disguise. Poof! Alexandria is suddenly heartstoppingly beautiful. Her hair rains down gold dust, and the tears she sheds turn to diamonds. Soon a prince and a king are fighting for her hand, and they've locked her in a tower to keep her "safe." How Alexandria wishes she was a goose girl again! Clearly the only thing to do is escape-which is when her problems really begin!

It is so good! Its told by Alexandria herself and told with wit and humor! A perfect read! I totally recomend it!

Book Recomendation/Review

HEIST SOCIETY NOVELS
Ally Carter did it again!! If you have read her Gallagher Girl Series then you will love her new series! Its the total opposite of Gallagher Girls but is just as good! The first book is called Heist Society and the second one that comes out June 21, 2011 is called Uncommon Criminals! Here is the synopsis of both books:

Are You A Gallagher Girl?

Have you read Ally Carters series Gallagher Girls? If not you are missing out!! The first book is called I'd Tell You I Love You But Then I'd Have to Kill You and it is awesome! Here is the synopsis of the first book:

Book Review

A TALE OF TWO CASTLES
The amazing Gail Carson Levine is at it again! Her new book is called A Tale of Two Castles and here is the synopsis (from Barnes & Noble.com):

Book Review

THE SISTERS GRIMM
The Sisters Grimm is an 8 book series and is amazing!! Here is the synopsis for the first book (courtesy of the back of the book):
